New 20 Gallon Blichmann EHerms, Have Questions!

Hey guys how goes it? Im just putting together my new system.

3 G2 20 gallon Boilermakers, 2 of them have boil coils.
2 Riptide Pumps
Therminator chiller

I need to put a 3 way ball valve on each riptide. Blichmann sells them for around 100$ each and is out of stock at the moment. They have a female port on the bottom of the Tee, and two male ports on the top. Which is what I need

This is what Im after.

This is what is available.

Can I install 2 1/2" NPT nipples into the all female ball valve to achieve what the Blichmann valve does? Making a 3 way with 2 male ports, and one female?

Here is a shot at the new system? Im going with an EBC-330 and 2 temp probes. One will mount in the HLT Vessel directly, and one will mount in a Tee Fitting on the HEX output/MLT Autosparge Input.

Yup.. no issue there, just make sure you use SS nipples, avoid any "iron" or brass.

I am pretty sure you can just screw the pump outlet into the center port on the 3 way valve and still use the handle correctly to devert to either exit port without the nipple.(or just use male thread to barb hose fitting adapters directly attached to the valve.

I use many of these 3 way valves that I bought on ebay and some from duda diesel. be sure to get the full flow ones, some are restrictive. ironically the cheaper ones I bought have larger openings and better flow than the ones I bought from duda..
