Never forget to label unmarked tupperware...

So, yeah, woke up and while having my coffee decided to transfer my Belgian Saison to my secondary to free up the primary for tomorrow's brew. Grabbed all my gear from the shelves and mistakingly grabbed a tupperware container that I assumed was sanitizer. Little did I know that my SWMBO helped last weekend and put the left over priming sugar from a bag into a tupperware which was then placed on the same shelf which my sanitizer goes.

Lessons learned:

Always label the **** out of things

And...

Priming sugar does not sanitize

Guess we shall see if we land an infection... Great tasting spicy beer though...hopefully it stays like that...
