Hey all,
I'm trying to brew a Nelson/hallertau blanc IPA. I want it as light and dry as possible where the goose berry aroma of Nelson can shine through.
This is just something I'm messing around with but if anyone has any input on the hop schedule of grain bill feel free to let me know!
I want something with a good bitterness and hoppy hoppy hoppy! Thanks for the help!View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1441057665.036444.jpgView attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1441057675.251708.jpg
