i tried making cider for the first time about 2 months ago. i tried to go with no additives , and i am prett sure i good start on some raspberry vinigar.

since then i have tried again and used the campden tablets ,going alot better now.

my wife thinks the first batch of raspberry cider thet went bad would make some nice viniger for her to use. but i dont now what i need to do to make it finish turning to vinigar. it has just been sitting with a bubbler on it for about 5 weaks now. any help would be great.

this was the recipe the old timer gave me

5 gallons fresh pressed cider all natural
5 pounds suger
3 pounds frozen unsweetened raspberrys
1 packet of red star champagne yeast


i am doing it again with the same recipe but used one campden tablet per gallon and it is going good so far :D
