I boiled 5 gallons and it cooled much faster than anticipated in an ice bath. The temp dropped to 60 degrees...its a hefeweizen..should I reheat to 70 or so..or just pitch as is?

I would rack it and pitch it. I would expect it to come up a few degrees in racking. Depends upon your desired fermentation temp. It wouldn't hurt to pitch it a bit cool and let it slowly rise to your target temp.
