Hello;
My name is Paul.I am not into brewing, but rather making Maple Syrup.
I am trying to automate my syrup process with a 612 PID. The commercial systems use a Fuji PXR4 controller, which is very expensive. I am having a huge problem understanding the programming. I apologize for coming to a Home Brew forum with my problem, but this is the only place I have found googling that seems to use the 612 controller in past posts.
Rather than post my syrup controller problem here, would someone who knows/understands the TET 612 controller be willing to help me off line via email. If you choose, I can post the problem here.
