I've gotten my 5 brewing salts, downloaded Brewater 3.0, and gotten my RO water together (my city water is crap). All I need is a water profile for an American Wheat (Gumball Head Clone). I'm not quite sure what I should do for a typical american beer like this. This is where I'm noobing out. I've never done my own blank slate water before. Anyone got any suggestions?
