If you're doing a batch sparge, I'd do 3.5 for the mash and 5.2 for the sparge, but everyone's setup is different. You probably want to do your own calculations with a water measurement calculator...

It will be trial and error with your system. For example, in my system for that recipe I would use:

Inputs
Grain Bill = 10.75 lb
Mash Thickness = 1.25 qt/lb
Grain Temp = 80 degrees F
Target Mash Temp = 156 degrees F
Target Sparge Temp = 168 degrees F
Mash Out Adjustment Water Temp = 212 degrees F
Boil Time = 60 min
Target Final Volume = 5.25 gal
Grain Absorption Rate = 0.13 gal/lb
Mash Tun Dead Space = 0.10 gal
Evaporation Loss Rate = 12.8 %/hr
Cooling Loss Rate = 4 %/hr
Trub Loss in Boil Kettle = 0.50 gal

Outputs
Total Brew Water = 8.37 gal
Mash Water = 3.36 gal @ 169.1 degrees F
Mash Out Water = 1.46 gal @ 212 degrees F
Batch Sparge 1 = 1.77 gal @ 168 degrees F
Batch Sparge 2 = 1.77 gal @ 168 degrees F
Boil Volume = 6.87 gal
