Any recommendations for an all grain stout recipe from Northern Brewer?

I have done the Oatmeal Stout and it is excellent. In fact I am drinking a slightly modified version right now. You can look at all the recipes by opening the page then scrolling down and clicking on the additional information tab. Then there is a click here for the recipe and instructions. I use this to make a lot of my beers. I take one that looks interesting then use Beersmith to use my ingredients or make changes.

The Chocolate Milk Stout looks interesting. I may try it in the not so distant future.
