NB Bourbon Barrel Porter - Awesome from the start

Just took the first unconditioned taste after bottling. Amazing! This is my first dark brew since starting and it is great. It is a must brew. Anyone else brew this extract kit? What were your thoughts?

I love this extract kit! It's actually the only extract I brew now (I mostly all-grain). This beer gets better with age. My last batch I made, I let age for 6 months before drinking. Tasted fantastic. I just finished off the last bottle about a month ago (1 year after brewing), it was the best of the bunch. I did modify the last batch slightly by adding 2 cut up vanilla beans into the secondary.

Their Bourbon Barrel Porter has turned out to be my favorite kit. I plan on making it again in the late Fall (right after a batch of Smashing Pumpkin...).
