Yeah, but it's label is only old desert church. Other pictures of that church may give more hints.

I think you actually named it first Bracconiere, so you are up. DB obviously know where it was from the beginning but never named it. I noticed that DB is in Kirkwood which is only about 2 hours from Bodie.
i don't know if there's enough clues in this to make it fun, or just too easy....

Well, it's Kirkwood, Missouri, so more like 30 hours without stops.
I only knew it because i Googled "desert church." But I have been to near by Mono Lake.

Cactus reminded me of being a kid living in AZ, so I searched AZ park visitors center and got it pretty quickly. I don't think I've actually ever even heard of it before!
Looks fun. Except for maybe the "Wild Cave Tour". I think I could do it but... wedging myself underneath giant objects on purpose has never really sounded good.

The belltower looks very Nordic - so we're in a Scandinavian port?
The big white building is very reminiscent of the South Bank in London, it's got that same 1950s municipal feel to it - or something like a UN building. But those lumps look like they must be the fly tower for a theatre?

I take it that last sentence is a reference to Finland, so we're in Helsinki, which must mean the Finlandia Hall. Design started in 1959 so I'll take that - that wrap-around balcony is so South-Bankish.
