Yes it is Jerusalem. The picture was taken from a less iconic angle walking there one night from our hotel, maybe 10 years ago.

Nope, my first hint was its not in the US. 2nd subtle hint was ive never been to Canada, and the picture was taken by me.

My first guess was SLC, but I didn't see the tall buildings in downtown or the state capital building which is what threw me.
