SEA = Southeast Asia. This is something of a tourist attraction but the location is pretty obscure. Maybe think surfing. I'll post a better clue and another picture later this afternoon.

Cool. Been through there but that picture didn't remind me of Port Elizabeth--it was the only other big city I could think of on S.A.'s coast, except Durban which had been guessed and Capetown which it definitely didn't look like.

Nice guess! It's Kuala Lumpur rail station. Pretty distinctive place and unmistakable when you take the train to the city from the airport. Surprised you didn't mention the Moorish/Islamic architecture. You're up!
