That's the one - ~65m (213ft) high, buiilt like the rest of the "new" brewery in 1883. The above photo was cropped from the "rear" view up the High St, this is the more familiar view of it. You're up.

My wife lived in Tadcaster when she was very young.
 
I should maybe have waited a bit before answering, it was a good one to try. The only reason I recognised it was from when Tadcaster flooded and that bridge was knocked out, I took to google maps out of interest and ended up looking at all the breweries there.

I apologize to my friends on the other side of the pond for misspelling Stirling and not specifying Scotland. Kind of waiting for hanglow to confirm or reject my answer....
 
Oh, you can start choosing your picture, it's definitely Stirling, with the castle centre-right, the Wallace Monument front-left, and a supermarket that I used to get haggis pizzas from, under three arched roofs just to the right of the castle hill. Fusion cuisine at its finest...
