I'm going to guess that the black in the fore of the pic is water, and the fact that it's not in focus, and taken from above means it's an airplane window pic. Looking at the approach patterns to the airports close to Cohutta GA, an analyzing the terrain, the businesses in the area, and the flora fauna, I'd have to say...

Thanks for the reply, though I did see my mistake. BTW, I'm not looking up the image on google that is "cheating" I was looking at a map for the cities.
