Panorama Point is correct. It is the high point of the state of Nebraska, but is practically in Colorado and Wyoming. The grain silos in the west are in Wyoming. The view to the south has wind turbines that are in Colorado.

Panorama Point was going to be my next guess. There is nothing else around. Phwew.

My immediate reaction was Scotland but the vegetation doesn't look quite right, so somewhere either side along that orogenous zone - Norway or the Appalachians?
