Ahh, nice. I saw "nha portuguesa" and was looking for an "nha" building in Portugal.Maputo, Mozambique.
The lettering on the side, barely distinguishable, gives it away. It reads “A Linha Portuguesa.” It is the former office building in Maputo of the Portuguese airlines, TAP.
Actually, as I understand it, the sauce is named after the pepper, not the town. The guy in Louisiana grew peppers from seeds of that plant and made his sauce based on them.Tabasco, another place name appropriated and trademarked by a gringo company
