It has waterfowl and mist, obviously an English landscape out of Monty Python's Holy Grail.

Complete drunken wildarse guess. St Alban's Church in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Well, if I would misread your St. Albans Copenhagen for St. Albans UK, then I would say, not so far off.

Here you go:

This one will most likely need some help, but let's see how it goes.... I wanted to be able to post it a few days ago on 11/11, but couldn't find any of the locations until now. As the first hint, that date is relative to this spot.

Not Alabama... And this spot is really only significant to a relatively small population. "First Veterans' Day" is definitely recognized by far more people than this event...

The event that occurred at this location was actually 11/10, but 11/11 is recognized as the significant date. (I can't find a better way to word that without giving too much away at this point.)

Yeah, I probably could have let that drag on for a while...

Lindbergh had won the Vezina trophy in 1984-85 and was poised to help the Philadelphia Flyers have another successful season when he crashed his Porsche into this wall on November 10, 1985. He was kept on life support until his family could arrive from Sweden and the support was terminated on November 11.

@DBhomebrew has the the conn.
