mypid TA4-SNR output flashing

I have a TA4 PID and have it connected to an SSR-25 DA. Wanted to control my mini-fridge to keep the temp around 64-66deg F.

The output keeps flashing on and off and does not light up solid even when the SSR is not connected. trying to determine if the PID is bad or if there is something wrong with my configuration. Any help will be gladly appreciated.


I have a K type thermo-couple and have everything connected as follows:
Power on 1 and 2
SSR on 3 and 4
TC on 6 and 7 (only two wire TC)

Settings as follows.
AL1 1
A01 (tried 0 and 2)
AL2 1
A02 (tried 1 and 3)
PUF 0
InP K
P (tried 1.25, 3, 6)
I 240

HYS (tried 1 and 5)
CtL 1
C - F F
no lock

This PID is not well suited to control a fridge.
