Hi guys, I ordered some mypin ta4's and didnt realize i was shipped RNR (125vac) instead of SSR (3-32 vdc) Not sure if anyone has posted this hack, but all of the mypin are basicaly the same on the exterior, so by removing a relay on the inside you can easily user it to control your SSR without shipping it back..to china.

simply open the PID, find the relay output #1, go online and google the info stamped on the relay (this relay is fed with 24vdc - my SSR accepts 3-32vdc so it will work) de-solder the relay, make 2 jumper wires, connect the inputs of the relay to the outputs... and there you go !! your brand new Mypin ta4 PID-SSR !!
