I am relatively new to the forum and just recently made the jump into all grain brewing. Thought that I would post some pictures of my little slice of heaven. I have got a lot of ideas from this site for my back of house setup so hopefully this will give others some ideas as well. Enjoy!
First the back of house;
My keggerator is a converted full size refrigerator, I have my CO2 tank on the outside of the fridge so that I have more room on the inside for kegs. It is also way easier to adjust without having to open and close the door all the time and making sure the regulator is turned so I can see it.
I currently only have 2 kegs ready right now (Alt and Pilsner on tap and a Bock conditioning). The red lines are glycol lines, I have a small tub in the door of the fridge with a small pond pump. I tried it in the freezer section but for the length of my run it was to much and to cold. I just use RV antifreeze from our local NAPA.
My tap run is pretty short, maybe 8 feet. I enclosed everything in PVC, this picture was from earlier when I just finished it. Since I have wrapped it all with insulation.
This is the beer line cleaner that I made. It is a 1 gallon sprayer with an adapter and a firestone ball lock fitting. it only takes a couple pumps and it has plenty of pressure.
Now the Bar side;
Here are the 2 taps, I made the tap handles myself.
This is my bar, I made everything myself as well (front and back of the bar, the lighting, etc. When we bought the house this was a hair salon area). The lights look pretty bright but they are on a dimmer, there are also colored lights under the bar. There is a sink in the back bar under the TV. The round silver area at the top right of the picture above the terrible towel use to be an exhaust fan, I took that out and put in a can return with flex duct, a reducer and it runs downhill to a 55 gallon bin in the garage. Trimmed out the opening with a trim ring I found at Lowes and made a cover for it with some other stuff I found at Lowes.
This is directly behind the bar as you can see the red light shade from the previous picture. Unfortunately the poker table does not get as much use as I would like.
And these 2 little guys just showed!!
