so i was wanting to brew up something easy and nice before i say good bye to fort hood tx and hello to schofield barracks hawaii. so i figured i would do a SMaSH with some american 2-row and amarillo. i also wanted to do something new i read on here the other day call hopbursting. luvhops talked about it in a thread about hop schedule. here is a site that gets into detail about it http://www.mrmalty.com/late_hopping.htm. but here is my SmaSH i did on brewtarget
