Hi!
I'm a new brewer from Norway, and have made a few extrakt kits for some months now.
I wanted to experiment a little with hops, so I bought a 15kg growler Briess golden light LME.
So far I have tried 12 liter batch with Willamette and US-05, 12 liter with East Kent Golding and WLP007 and a 22 liter batch with northern brewer and a new Norwegian yest called WLP6788 Norwegian farmhouse ale (norwegian info).
The WLP6788 was harvested by me from a batch with robust porter made after a home brewer day at a local micro brewery.
Now I'm wondering what to brew next. My inventory looks like this:
And some slurry from WLP6788.
Is there anyone out there that want to help me with a recipe I can try next? I have tried in a Norwegian forum with no luck. I have a 18 liter kettle with max boil volume at 16 liter. (sorry for the liters
)
