After about 35 batches, I was finally able to ferment with temperature control and this is my first true lager, a German pilsner. Not quite fully carbed, but nice and clear, looks, smells, and tastes just right!

Very nice! I remember diving into making my first lager. I thought it was just something to try but now I keep a pilsner on tap all the time.

Awesome man. My first one is lagering as we speak. I'm waiting till sept.21st Oktoberfest fest party to tap it . It's been lagering for a couple weeks now . I want to try it so bad lol.

The only reason I am not making lagers at present is that I can only do one beer at a time. (equipment in storage) I am drinking my ales as fast as I make them so it would bottleneck my pipeline to do one.
