This is my Centennial Blonde brew. Thanks BierMuncher!

Looks great, enjoy. I am drinking the same thing right this minute and have another keg waiting to go on tap when this one kicks. I normally like big beers like RISs and IIPAs, but I really enjoy this beer.

This was a surprisingly refreshing brew. The glass was frozen and I happened to catch a sun beam in the glass. I also brewed two kegs of this so I have enough to get through the summer.

Through the summer? I'm doing an IIPA this weekend and will probably brew another 10 gallon batch of the blonde before the end of the month.

I'm about too brew ten gallons next week as well. I haven't brewed it yet but it looks like a nice summer beer!

Just bottled mined a couple days ago. Replaced the cascade with more centennial. It was fermenting right when the big storm swept through Ohio...lost power for 5 days with temps near 100. Guess I gotta call it "Derecho Blonde" and hope it turns out OK!

It was not photoshopped. Just happen to have the early sun comming through the trees. I do photography for a living. Used a very expensive camera with an expensive lens. Here is my shot of my last beer. Just a good photographer! :) No sun on top of this one. Also the glass was frozen.

Have all the ingredients to brew this as my next batch. Can't wait!
Looks Delicious!!!

Did a 5 gallon batch last weekend. Scaled up the grainbill to 12 lbs and ended up with a 1.066 version. I also scaled up the hop bill to match. It's gonna stay in the fermenter for another two weeks and I'll finally get a taste when I keg and measure my FG. For my last 4 or 5 batches it has been around 1.012. Mmmmmmm can't wait!
