My bung fell thru..

Hey home brewers!

Has anyone ever pushed their bung thru the carboy? Well I did that today. Almost panicked. Glad I didn't. I just ran to the hardware store and bought some tubing that fit tight in the carboy. Anyone have any pre fermentation horror stories?
