Well, cracked the first couple of my On a Cloud Belgian Wit I brewed up. It came out really nice. Sitting at right about 5.2%. What made this special, is that I brewed as a remembarance of my younger that passed away a year ago today. I have to think he helped this beer along, and made sure it was good. I'll try to post a pic of it later on. Need to get a good pic.
