So I had 1/2 pound uncrushed Vienna left over from another batch and a pound of cascade that I didnt want sitting around for too long. So I decided it was time for a clear out the brewery batch. So I bought a pound of Pilsner malt from the LHBS and some "brewers yeast" and the "recipe is as follows.
one half gallon
1 pound pilsner
1/2 pound Vienna
.23 oz Aged Cascade 60 mins
.22 oz aged cascade 30 mins
.06 oz aged cascade 15 mins
.06 oz aged cascade 5 mins
1 package dry brewers yeast
Defiantly robbed Edworts Haus Ale hop scedule but sue me;)

Place I bought my pilsner from dont have a mill so I "crushed" it with a meat mallet and a blender. What a flawless crush.
Mashed for about an hour in 150ish water ( didnt really care too much not planning on wanting to replicate this one) Spared with 160ish water
Snow banked cooled my wort really fast. Swirled the pot around as I set it in the snow it was cooled in like 2 mins.

Plus I really wanted to use my half gallon fermenter!:rockin:
Its fermenting away ill let ya know how it goes.

Random question:
How much sugar should be added to each 12 oz bottle for carbonation?
Just wanted to share my special recipe.:cross:
