Hey guys! here's some pics of my 1st 2 brews i've done. in the carboy is my amarillo amber ale. been in 2nd stage for a week now. the cloudiness is from the dry hopping using pellets. next time i'll use a sack of some sort. learned the hard way! in the primary is my fat tire semi-clone. been in 1st stage for 7 days and i checked it today. check out the krausen! it's about 2 inches thick and smells awesome! o.g. was 1.073 @ 75. today it was 1.025 @ 69. think i'll leave it a couple more days, then check it again. anyway, what do you guys think? everything look ok? any hints or tips? how am i doin! haha! thanks guys!
