Turned out great!!! :mug:

I was just reading some tasting notes (I have never tried one) and I am very happy with it!

It has many different complex flavors and a nice acidic finish with a slight spice to it. What a great style!

I would recommend this style to all of my fellow brewers!

Looks good getting ready to bottle my first Saison in about two days. They are a great style and the yeast I used was a trip to say the least. Fermented in the high 70s low80s for about eight weeks. Funky spicy fruit notes all the way

Looks great, I've never tried one , I live in kelowna too I order kits from hopdawgs, have their naughty dawg iPa brewing right now, just ordered a Sierra Nevada pale ale clone and a cream ale. Do you know other brewers in kelowna?
