So I am moving about 1.5 hrs away on Dec. 3. I currently have a batch that is approaching bottling in my primary. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with transporting newly bottled brews. Is this potentially risky? Would it make more sense to just rack to my secondary now for transportation and then bottle once I am at my new place? Any input is appreciated.

I transfered to secondary before I moved in march. It was more manageable to carry a couple carboys in the truck with the fridges in the back. But either way, you'll be fine.
