This is bananas. Not to point fingers; but, @LuckyLady just pops in and drops off a quote and then it throws this into a death spiral. @catdaddy66 gets it right and moves on; but, @shoengine still has a quote out there that hasn't been answered and I believe he/she is the last person who has done this correctly.

Yes, I know, I'm bitching about a made up game on a brewing forum and being a killjoy; but, it just really doesn't seem like it'd be that difficult to follow the rules set forth in the first post.

I don't see this being too much unlike the skyline picture thread, which, somehow, is moving along flawlessly.

I bring all of this up because I've been looking for a reason to start drinking today and I think this is it!

Why do you need a reason? If there is beer it must be consumed. If you want beer you must be the one to fill this need. Such is the way of life young grasshopper.

I was trying to think of a way to make this game flow better but I can’t come up with anything. I thought of making a time limit for quotes just because some times the quote might be too hard for people to figure out and then nobody can go. Anyone have any ideas to help the game?

We can just start with the 24 hour limit and see how it goes. If nobody guesses a given quote in 24 hours then the person who posted the quote gets 1 point. If a quote expires then the very next person to post a quote gets the next turn. Is there a way to remove someone’s post if they cut in line?

Yes by the new 24 hour rule I show that if nobody can guess your quote in the next 15 minutes you get a point. I think obscurity is a matter of opinion. I know of some people that like French movies. To me those are obscure but not to some. So that is a hard line to draw.
