I'm fermenting now as well but the malts came from an abandoned wheat ale kit from my LHBS. I did a hop stand at 165f and will either DH with an ounce of Mosaic, Galaxy or El Dorado. Any recommendations?
I had a great El Dorado beer at Noble ale works in Anaheim, so I decided to try them for myself, and they didn't hit the same flavors I had remembered, not sure why... I was disappointed.
