Hopped farmhouse cider.
5 gal muslemans cider (or other cheep oast cider)
Boiled 2 quarts for 15 min w/ 1 cup dark brown sugar and 1 tsp yeast nutrients and energizer at 5 min 2 lemon zests. Cool to 70*
Add to fermenter with well airaided cider.
Pitch wlp 566 saison 2
Ferment at 70* let free ride after 7 days dry hop
5days 1 oz Willamette 1oz casscade
Cold crash
Bottled at 2.8 volume of co2
It cleared crystal clear probly the best cider ive made ill have to find a pic of it
