Couldn't brew for several years due to living in a tiny Manhattan studio. Finally I can brew again. Actually my 4th batch at new place, but proud of this recipe. Came out around 4.0% ABV, lovely soft head, faint aroma of the hops, and a nicely balanced taste. Easy to drink, very sessionable.

Cloudier than it should be because my keg had a clogged poppet. Nicely carbonated now though for the style

4# light dme
1# munich malt
1# crystal 70/80
1# 2-row

1.5 oz Fuggles & 1 oz Willamette @ 60 mins
0.5 oz Willamette + Whirlfloc tab @ 15 mins
0.5 oz Willamette @ 5 mins

Lallemand London English ESB yeast, 1 packette

Target OG 1.044, Target FG 1.012
Actual OG 1.048 (hot), Actual FG 1.018 (probably still finishing a touch in the keg)
