I’ve been noticing clumps like this in my brewers malt. I’m sure I’ve brewed and drank several batches having not paid much attention to the clumps. Beer has been good. I have 100 lbs left. Any thoughts?

I personally wouldn't be too comfortable using grain if mold like that was found in it. That said, use your own discretion but be transparent if anyone else drinks your beer. Everyone's sensitivity is different when it comes to mold.

I dumped it. I guess I’m wondering if it’s any worse than eating moldy bread? I’ve got a few kegs that taste just fine but likely had moldy grain in it.

I wouldn't think it'd be any worse than moldy bread. Just like moldy bread though, if you see mold in one spot then the mold has likely spread throughout, just not visible. Just from appearances it seems to be common mold you'd find on bread/fruit/etc but there's no real way of knowing from a picture. The toxins produced by mold that can cause ill effects are tough to be removed through boiling but it might help a little. If you'd had an adverse reaction to your beer similar to allergies then I'd avoid it completely.
