Today I bottled my Vanilla JAOM and boy was it sweet! 1.04 read the hydrometer, the longer it sat the sweeter it got! Gonna save those for dessert time or blend with some club soda or dry white wine. I also re-racked my Prickly Pear mead, got it off that huge yeast stuff and into a gallon jug. Had about 3-4 cups too much for the jug. So when I racked off my Jalapeno-Peach, I just threw in the prickly pear mead on top. Looks pretty good with the red jalapenos floating on top. Hope it turns out good, probably would never be able to duplicate the recipe if it does.
