Continuing my hop voyages I did a moderate IPA ( same as before) but with Mistral instead. 15 minute, whirlpool and dry hop.

Rose and Lychee.

Up the wazoo. Wtf.

We'll see how it ages (currently lagering) but I'm not sure I can drink this one!
 
To follow up, this beer mellowed into something really good. The rose backed off and it is more lychee. Once the yeast fully dropped, the 10% wheat really paired well with the fruit flavours.
I do recommend this hop, perhaps paired with some citrussy hops.
