I have recently been exploring the use of the German made mimi 5 ltr kegs
I have been told many things like you can't condition in them. How ever there are many you tube videos showing just that. I bought some mini kegs and done some testing with then. I air pressurized one up to 25 psi and saw no problem with the keg. I have researched a mimi pressure relief valve that can be used with the bung.(relieves at 20 psi. Just to be safe) I have one conditioning now and only see 15 psi pressure on it now . I have a gage on it . I will wait another two weeks and see what it builds to. Problem I don't know what pressure you really need to condition in a keg. If 20 psi will do it I think Im going to try using these with my next batch. Any comments?
