Mini keg... Philtap system?

Does anyone know what happened to the philtap mini keg system? I have been researching a mini keg system and heard good things about it but can't find it anywhere. Also, besides party star system, are there any good 5l tap systems out there?

And how much priming sugar do y'all think is suitable?

Listermann.com is the manufacturer of the philtap. I know the creator has a lhbs and a few years back got a brewery license. Since then they've been hard to come by.

As luck would have it I just jumped to full blown kegging and have a lightly used philtap I would be happy to part with. I have a couple of minikegs i could throw in too.
