New to brewing. I recently brewed a milk stout from an extract kit with steeping grains. OG was 1.080 and pitched US-05 at 62F. After 12 days the gravity is at 1.028. Is this ok to bottle without causing bottle bombs? The kit had a pound of lactose in the ingredients so I know the FG will be higher due to lactose being unfermentable. How many points does lactose average for 1 lb in 5.25 gallons? Thanks!

thats a pretty high gravity beer, I would leave that in the primary for 3 weeks at the very least
