Milk Label method question

I keep reading through threads here and i see apply labels with Milk is that like MOO Cow Milk or is that code for some sort of Glue,

It may sound like a dumb question.. but.. there it is anyhow.

Funny I'm reading this, this morning. I just asked a friend of mine what he uses. Half and Half. Cleans right up for a relabel, but won't last if it gets wet.
