Michigan Winter = Frozen Keggerator?

I've got a craigslist special (90's model) fridge converted to a keggerator out in my unheated garage. It's getting colder here in Michigan and I worried about what's going to happen in the winter. Will my lines/taps freeze up? Will my kegs be ok in the fridge?
I'm sure there's a few of you who could comment and let me know if I'm worried for nothing or if I need to take drastic measures...

Get some pipe heater tape and wrap it around the taps on the inside.
