Brewed a Mexican Lager using Motueka hops hoping to get some lime character out of it. The beer came out great, but lacked the lime character I was looking for. Added 1 oz at 5min. Should I have also added some as a dry hop? The recipe I used is as follows:

6.6 lbs 2-row pale malt
2.2 lbs Vienna
1.7 lbs quick grits
0.6 lbs Agave syrup
1 oz tettnang @60 min
1 oz Motueka @5 min

Mashed 60 min @151
Boil 60 min

Yeast Wlp-940

Any tips on getting a hint of lime taste?

Thanks

Yeah, maybe lime zest. Or perhaps at serving? I've found the supposed lime character in Motueka to be overblown - I don't get lime at all.

Thanks for the suggestions. To dry hop with zest, should the zest be soaked in vodka overnight first to sanitize it?
