Bought a few packs of this yeast as the lhbs was selling them out.

First beer I made, just bottled an IPA.
fermentation notes:
Ferments fast and seemingly clean from tasting vial.(gravity test).
A LOT of yeast rafts and the cake is very loose.
Doubtful this will replace notty as my homebrew basic.

Tasting the Ipa, this might be a nice backup yeast, pretty clean and the beer tastes good.
Too bad the cake is so loose though, but will test it again on a cleaner smash.
