So I got this beer clone book for Christmas and I'm trying to brew right now but I have some concerns on whether i need to mash or just start boiling stuff. Attached is the photo.
I have all the ingredients it lists on the top of the page, but I'm confused about the box on the bottom, Mini mash vs all grain. Does that mean I have to start the recipe with one of those methods and continue to the top of the page, or are those just different ways of starting off the recipe?
I have 9 pounds of DME to boil though, so it doesn't really seem like I need to mash first. Please help.
