Started a maple brown ale last Sunday. Added about 32 oz. of maple syrup at the end of the boil. Still experiencing pretty rapid fermentation (1 bubble every 2 seconds in air lock). Any cause for concern after one week or is the yeast just working in the sugars from the syrup?

No cause for concern. Check the beer with a hydrometer instead of relying on the airlock for determining fermentation, however. Some yeasts take longer than other to do their thing, so just let it ride... :)

that sounds good. you mind sharing the recipe. PM if thats cool. sounds like a good winter brew
