Is the Maltoeurop sold by homebrew sites a pilsen malt, or is it a plain-jane 2-row?

I took a glance at the malster website...

Rebel Brewer Description
This is a High Quality 100% American 2-row Barley Malt. Produced in the most high tech malting facility in the country. Up until now it has only been available to professional breweries in bulk.

Extremely versatile base malt. Very light color, good enzyme content. The enzymes are sufficient to support up to 35% adjuncts without altering your brewing procedures. A protein rest is not necessary.

Usage: up to 100%
Moisture: 4.4%
Total Nitrogen: 11-12%
Extract: 79-80%
Soluble Nitrogen Ratio: 37-44%

Thanks fellas.... I took notice that many quality American breweries mix it with other 2-row varieties to achieve the chemistry the require. From what I can tell it is well-modified and has a high FAN content.

I am beginning to consider cutting my expensive brewers' malts with a high-quality, much less-expensive alternative (Say, at the rate of... 25% Maris, 25% Promise, 50% Maltoeurop)
