Malto Dextrin

I am entering an Austin Homebrew recipe into Beer Alchemy, and the recipe calls for 8 oz of Malto Dextrin. MD doesn't exist as an ingredient in Beer Alchemy, so I need to add it and I need the stats for it. Based on the description, it doesn't seem to add color, so I am guessing that the L=0. But what about % extract? And moisture?

I just want to be sure it gets calculated properly into the OG.
