Can anyone point me somewhere on the process for malting barley? I don't have any idea what it actually means. But we live somewhere where barley is plentiful. But the already malted variety is expensive and difficult to find. We just finished batch 2 all grain. And I'd love to have even more control over the process If it's possible
malting barley.
